I currently teach but funding has been getting tighter each year and we all got laid off for several months last year! There are just not that many jobs available and they do seem to go to younger people. I'm my moms fucking a black dude registered with several agencies as well and it is very discouraging. We don't expect to have funding approved for next year at all so I was starting to look early. I decided that I have had enough of working for others and decided to take a course that would allow me to work for myself. I plan to finish the course and start my business by the end of June when the current funding runs out. Figured it was better to invest in myself than in sending out countless resumes for jobs that either don't exist or are so dead end that the local high school and college students have them filled Another advantage - I'll be able to travel with my husband (who is retired) and still run my business.
